Facilities

The Hall is made up of two main function rooms.

The Main Hall is approximately 15.75m x 9.00m and is ideal for parties, craft and other fayres, table top sales and larger gatherings. The ceiling is approx 3.6m high with eaves at 3m and 3m gaps between struts which can accommodate a children’s bouncy castle. The Main Hall has four sets of double glass doors which open on to a paved area adjacent to the children’s play area and a further paved covered veranda which adjoins the playing field.

The Main Hall adjoins the Lewis Room and is separated by a moveable sliding wall. The Main Hall and Lewis Room may be opened up to make one very large room. Depending on the layout, we have tables for chairs for between 80 and 100 people.

There is access to the Kitchen which adjoins the Main Hall and may also be hired.

The Lewis Room is 6.40m x 5.50m and is separated from the Main Hall by means of a moveable sliding wall. The Lewis Room is idea for small meetings, exercise classes, clubs and other get togethers. The Lewis Room has its own entrance and opens onto the rear car park and paved covered veranda by means of two sets of double glass doors.

The Lewis Room may be opened up to join the Main Hall and make one very large room.
There are tea and coffee making facilities in the Lewis Room. There is no access to the Kitchen from the Lewis Room.

The Hall is also equipped with a defibrillator which is mounted on the outside kitchen wall

Tables and chairs are available to people using the Hall.
We have: 16 padded stacking chairs and a further 80 folding metal chairs, Nine large rectangular tables, six small rectangular tables, 12 large round tables and five small round tables. There are also three low children’s tables and 12 small children’s chairs.
We are able to get additional chairs if needed subject to the capacity of the Hall.

The Kitchen is modern and well equipped and may be hired which adjoins the Main Hall. There are ample stainless steel work surfaces, fridges, a freezer, electric hob and oven. There is ample cutlery and crockery.
There is a hot water boiler for making hot drinks. Please note the kitchen cannot be accessed from the Lewis Room and may only be hired with the Main Hall.

Separate Gentleman and Ladies toilets provided, including an accessible toilet and baby changing.

A digital piano is available for hire.

A Sound System with microphones is available for hire. The sound system may be used to play music, use as a Public Address System or for Karaoke. It comprises two speakers on stands and is suitable for playing music via Bluetooth, USB cable.
